We are currently seeking for an organized and passionate traveller to plan & arrange traveling services for short-term study programs to various destinations in Central-Eastern Europe & Middle East-North Africa.

Some of your tasks:

• Prepare precise calculations & proposals of highly customized programs for ISP clients
• Conduct approximately 13 study programs from a logistical point of view (accommodation, meals, transport, leisure)
• Negotiate with ISP suppliers for the best possible prices and conditions
• Conduct research to find new logistics suppliers across our destinations
• Travel with some of the programs and provide support on the ground
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with university clients

To help you feel comfortable and excel in the role, there are just a few things you need to have:

• Excellent English (Czech language is not required)
• Experience in the travel industry
• Be highly organized, the amount of details is a challenge!
• Essential computer literacy (MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to handle challenging situations
• Solid communication skills, common sense and be friends with numbers
