JOB DESCRIPTION

As a First Level Support specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for IPS employees, providing prompt and effective first line IT support. Your main duties will include:

• serving as the primary contact for employees seeking assistance with IT issues
• supporting the delivery of services within the IT services portfolio
• carrying out routine system administration activities
• continuing to enhance your professional expertise
• proactively contributing to the improvement and optimization of the infrastructure under management

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Professional knowledge:

• 1+ year proved technical experience with system administration
• experience with HW and SW issue identification and investigation
• experience with Microsoft Windows client OS, deployment and management
• ability to actively use PowerShell and contribute to development of internal PowerShell management modules

Nice to have (working experience):

• Microsoft Cloud Services
• Dell computers

• good command of English
• communicative and active person
