We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as a Steel Back Office Support.
 
The Steel Back Office Support will actively assist with customers and suppliers support, maintain internal databases, and issue delivery documents.
This role also requires partial collaboration with commercial department, where person will be responsible for preparation of purchasing proposals and sales offers and creating material Data Sheets, and logistics department, to collect the required data for clientele.
 
Responsibilities:
 
· Issuing of standard delivery documents to our clients.
· Timely communication with business partners.
· Checking and saving documents related to the loadings from Suppliers.
· Planning deliveries based on specific client requirements by coordinating with the logistics department.
· Maintain and keep the spreadsheets up to date.
 
*Full on-site training provided. 

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Experienced in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability: Resilient and adaptable to international team environments.
• Analytical Skills: Proactivity in a dynamic environment with attention to the detail.
• Language Proficiency:
  English: Proficient (B2/C1)
  Czech: not required, but is an advantage.
