COMPANY OVERVIEW

PayRose (formerly known as Cyberstar) is a Prague-based regulated payment institution preparing its application for a Large Payment Institution license (PI) with Czech National Bank. Our business model is transaction-volume driven and includes high-volume payment flows, safeguarding accounts, and future crypto on-/off-ramp integrations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Front Office Specialist is responsible for client-facing communication, onboarding coordination and operational customer support within a regulated payment institution. The role supports clients throughout the onboarding and operational lifecycle while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory escalation procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Communication with corporate and private clients

- Onboarding coordination in cooperation with AML/KYC team

- Collection and review of documentation (non-decisional role)

- Handling operational customer requests

- Escalation of suspicious or unusual client behavior

- Support regarding payment transactions and account usage

- Maintaining CRM documentation

- Assisting in client reporting requests

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- either

o Master’s degree OR

o Secondary/Bachelor/higher professional education plus at least 1 year experience in customer support or financial services

- Client-facing experience in financial services

- Solid understanding of financial markets

- Basic understanding of regulatory framework for payment institutions

- Strong communication and client management skills

- Basic accounting/reporting knowledge advantageous

- Structured documentation mindset

- Czech language (fluent spoken and written)

- English language (fluent spoken and written)

NICE TO HAVE (not a must)

- Basic accounting/reporting knowledge

- Crypto-related customer interaction experience

- German language
