Job Description:

The Business Developer - Junior identifies acquisition targets for logistics and industrial properties, negotiates deals, and finds tenants through outreach and collaboration with real estate firms.
They manage leasing, support clients through permitting and construction, and maintain client relationships while promoting CTP at events to drive business growth.

Role description:

• Finding tenants for our portfolio in Prague, with main focus on industrial portfolio . This includes cold calls, mails, meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Identification of suitable acquisition targets
• Building and maintaining a network of contacts – cooperation with real estate agents, consultants, representatives of state authorities and clients.
• Negotiating terms with existing and potential clients and coordinating internal resources to close deals.
• After sales and follow-up care – staying in touch with our existing clients and ensuring they are satisfied
• Meeting with clients and project managers

Who we are looking for:

• Colleague interested in real estate and property development field
• Dynamic and result oriented person with strong drive with very good communication and presentation skills
• Flexible Team player, who is willing to learn from more experienced colleagues
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Will be an advantage: Bachelor or Engineer university degree – technical/ commercial/ economic (ČVUT, University of Economics as well as schools abroad or similar)
