TA Coordinator / HR Associate – Talent Acquisition - Remote (Czechia only)

We are currently hiring a TA Coordinator / HR Associate to support a global Talent Acquisition team in an international, fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on interview coordination, pre-boarding, and TA administration, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across regions.
The position is fully remote within Czechia.

Language requirements> English + German

Ideal background:

  • Experience in HR / Talent Acquisition coordination, recruitment administration
  • or
  • Strong customer support / administrative experience in an international environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders remotely
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel), HR or ATS systems (e.g. Workday is a plus)

Additional information:

  • Office in Prague, hybrid option or fully remote possible.
