Lindt & Sprüngli, global leader in premium chocolate, is looking for an experienced BRAND MANAGER to drive growth, sharpen positioning, and deliver best‑in‑class marketing across the CEE region. You’ll own the strategy and execution for your portfolio, partnering with cross‑functional teams to turn insights into measurable results.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Build and steer brand strategy - Define positioning, annual plans, and long‑term roadmap aligned with consumer insights and company goals.
  • Turn data into action - Analyze category, consumer, and competitor trends (incl. Nielsen/Cognos) to find opportunities and improve brand performance.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Activation - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, product launches, and consumer loyalty, while ensuring alignment with the brand's core values and message.
  • Brand Performance and Growth - Monitoring key brand performance indicators such as sales growth, market share, and brand health metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive cross‑functional execution - Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, to ensure on‑strategy, on‑time delivery.
  • Manage budgets & agencies - Oversee spend, process invoices, and lead day‑to‑day collaboration with creative and media agencies


What knowledge and skills are required?

  • 3+ years in Brand Management within FMCG, ideally with full campaign cycle ownership.
  • Proven experience with product launches, ideally full end‑to‑end ownership (from strategy to execution).
  • Previous responsibility for key products or lead brands within your current/previous company.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Cognos).
  • Proven experience across ATL/BTL and agency management; hands‑on mindset with strategic thinking.
  • Strong prioritization skills — ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive “can‑do & will‑do” attitude with a high level of ownership.
  • Self‑driven and independent
  • Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills; fluent Czech and English (additional Hungarian or Polish languages are a plus).
