What You’ll Do:
- You will be responsible for processing shipment requests and logistics customer support in the EMEA region. Will manage shipments from Brno office for shipping (processing in our internal shipping system, printing out labels, labelling, attaching shipping documents). Will schedule pickups and deliveries of parcels. Will be responsible for online logistics support to RH employees (about the packaging, labeling, courier pick up and deliveries), coordinating deliveries and resolving different logistics issues related to shipping. Will process Customs clearance, invoices, reports of shipments and audits. Will collaborate closely with other teammates globally, with other teams at Red Hat and Red Hat vendors.
- Processing shipment requests in our internal system (GLC)
- Packing and labeling outgoing envelopes and packages
- Processing audits and volumes reports in the internal system (GLC)Logistics support and customer care - by email, chat, in person
Minimum Experience/Requirements:
- Good English and Czech
- Ability to create reports as requested
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organization and reliability
- Familiar with technology and software industry
- Experience interfacing with customers
- Logistics experience is a plus
