We are looking for an experienced Global Programme Manager to drive key global projects in the transport sector and connect teams across regions. You will own the direction from concept to industrialization, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, budgets, and high technical standards.

What You Will Do?

• Ensure successful project execution together with regional PMs
• Track KPIs (quality, cost, delivery, risk) and implement corrective actions
• Lead program reviews and communicate milestones, risks, and results to senior management
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across regions and stakeholders
• Remove project roadblocks and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with standards (APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, etc.)
• Consolidate regional reports and manage global project budgets
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams
• Support global PM initiatives such as training and process standardization
• Create business cases and clear project schedules

What You Bring?

• University degree plus project management certification
• Proven experience managing new product development for complex mechatronic systems (automotive/truck). Experience in the automotive industry, ideally commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of automotive tools (APQP, PPAP)
• Strong analytical thinking and structured, independent work approach
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across teams and cultures
• Confident communication with customers and suppliers
• Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
