As an IT Customer Support Specialist, you will provide world-class IT support to Resideo end users across the globe. Your mission is to deliver secure, efficient, and responsive services that empower our employees to work seamlessly in a connected environment.

You will be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in IT processes.

This role combines hands-on technical support with project involvement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

JOB DUTIES:

· Deliver end-to-end IT support for local and international users

· Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues

· Develop and maintain self-help documentation for end users

· Set up and decommission IT assets, ensuring compliance with company standards

· Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all IT activities

· Conduct end-user training and support adoption of new technologies

· Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues

· Monitor and track issue resolution to ensure timely closure

· Manage IT equipment inventory and stock levels

· Support IT audits and compliance checks

· Participate in IT projects, supporting the development and deployment of new functionalities

· Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies


YOU MUST HAVE:

· Proven experience in IT support or back-office IT operations

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite, SharePoint, Teams and Zoom

· Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with desktop hardware and software

· Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken)

· Excellent communication skills, comfortable resolving issues via Teams calls, email, and chat


 WE VALUE:

· Understanding of networking concepts, including servers, LANs and WANs

· Familiarity of core systems such as WMS, MES, MMS, MDM

· Exposure to access management, VPN configuration, and network security principles

· Experience in root cause analysis and technical diagnostics

· Ability to independently resolve complex issues and deliver solutions without supervision
