Who we are looking for?

We are seeking an experienced sales manager and leader with a proven track record of real sales results, who can lead people and is not afraid to take responsibility for the entire region. Someone who understands the market, customers, and numbers, and can connect strategic thinking with daily execution. The Area Sales Manager South is a senior managerial and sales role responsible for the comprehensive management of sales activities in the assigned region (CZ, SK, HU, Slovenia, Croatia). The role combines direct management of the sales team, strategic management of the region, development of key customers, and active participation in shaping the sales strategy of Aspire Sports.

What we expect from you?

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team

  • Demonstrable experience in managing a region or multiple markets

  • Ability to set sales strategies and translate them into results

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Strong managerial and leadership abilities

  • Ability to work with KPIs, planning, and forecasting Active use of CRM and data

  • Czech as a native speaker

  • English at C1 (C+) level - daily use in communication

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region

  • Category B driving licence

An advantage would be:

  • Experience with the CEE region

  • Experience with sales in the sports, cycling, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors

  • Experience with launching new products/brands on the market

  • B2C experience

  • Knowledge of Key account management principles and solution selling K

  • nowledge of another language (PL / HU / SI / DE)
