We are looking for an experienced Odoo Process manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects and ensure their successful delivery. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, coordinate internal teams and partners, and drive projects from planning to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Odoo implementation projects from initiation to successful handover into business-as-usual operations
  • Project planning (scope, timeline, budget, resources)
  • Coordinating internal teams and implementation partners
  • Overseeing business process analysis and their translation into Odoo solutions
  • Managing change requests
  • Monitoring project risks and proposing mitigation measures
  • Ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to Odoo implementation methodology
  • Organizing testing, user training, and go-live activities
  • Ensuring complete and accurate project documentation

Accountability for Deliverables:

  • Delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in required quality
  • Internal customer satisfaction
  • Transparent project status reporting
  • Properly configured Odoo processes according to customer requirements
  • Complete project documentation

Key Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills (time, scope, quality, budget)
  • Ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
  • Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP project management
  • Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience managing IT / ERP projects (preferably Odoo)
  • Knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies
  • Understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Documents, HR, etc.)
  • Ability to work with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
  • Experience working with customers
  • English and Czech language proficiency (minimum B2 level)

Nice to Have:

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with Odoo SH / Odoo Enterprise
  • Knowledge of accounting, sales, procurement, and HR processes
  • Experience with international projects
