For our sister company Contabo Czech we are searching for HR Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for HR support of Contabo Czech s.r.o. (approx. 60 employees)
• Primary point of contact for managers and employees for all HR-related matters from hiring to exit
• Administrative HR tasks (e.g. maintenance of master data, contract amendments, certificates, time tracking, etc.)
• Onboarding and offboarding processes (execution and continuous improvement), including organization of occupational health appointments and support with visa-related topics
• Payroll processing in cooperation with a Payroll Accountant, including preparation of payroll-relevant documents, shift charges, etc.
• Handling of labor law topics in cooperation with an external legal advisor (e.g. warning letters, terminations, implementation of existing/new legislation, etc.)
• Interface to the Group HR team in Germany and HR CZ - close collaboration with both teams
• Maintenance of relevant tools and systems (e.g. Personio, QPlaner, internal time tracking systems, etc.)
• Monitoring probation periods, fixed-term contracts, expiring residence permits, and implementation of relevant changes/extensions in coordination with managers and employees
• Recruiting activities (mainly first-level and technical customer support positions) in close cooperation with the Recruiting team
• If needed: Support of the HR department of VSHosting s.r.o.

Skills / Requirements

• Experience in HR administration and payroll in the Czech Republic
• Extensive knowledge in Czech labor law
• Business administration education or degree
• Fluent Czech language skills
• (Very) good English language skills
• German language skills (optional)
• Tooling: MS Office
• Tooling: Personio (optional)
• Proactive and independent approach to work
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliability and discretion
