About the role
As an HR Specialist at RWS, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle across multiple regions including EMEA, NASA, and APAC. You will ensure the accuracy and consistency of employee data, collaborate closely with HR Country Leads and cross-functional teams, and contribute to the smooth delivery of global HR services. This position offers a dynamic and international environment where attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for preparing payroll data, maintaining HR systems, and providing support aligned with RWS global HR policies. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of HR operations across the organization.
???? Location: Brno, Czechia - Hybrid (we work minimum 2 days per week from the office)
????️ Hours: Semi-flexible with core hours between 10am and 3pm

As an HR Specialist you will be...
- Contributing to the smooth running of HR processes across several regions and work closely with colleagues across the global HR team.
- Supporting administrative HR processes related to the employee lifecycle across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC
- Collaborating with other HR Specialists and HR Country Leads
- Preparing payroll-related data for several countries and regions
- Maintaining and auditing employee data, including updates in our HR system and personnel records
- Cooperating with colleagues across HR as well as with other departments (such as IT Service Desk) and our payroll team
- Providing support and guidance to employees and managers regarding global HR policies and processes
You'll be great at this role if you have...
- Experience in Human Resources in a similar role
- Experience supporting HR processes across multiple regions (EMEA, the Americas, or APAC) is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong written and spoken English and Czech or Slovak
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliability, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills

???? Our Selection Process
We aim to keep things simple and respectful of your time:
1. Phone call with recruiter – If your profile matches what we're looking for, our recruiter will reach out to schedule a short, informal 15-minute call to get to know you better.
2. Online – You'll then be invited to a 1-hour online interview with your potential manager - this interview will be held in English
3. Online Excel test for 1h
4. Final personal interview at RWS Vlněna office in Brno to meet the rest of the HR admin team - this interview will be held in Czech
