For our client, a traditional Czech producer of consumer goods based in the Brno area, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional.

The Senior Digital & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing digital and marketing initiatives that support global sales and brand awareness. The role combines hands-on digital marketing work with strategic coordination across internal teams and external partners. This position requires a proactive professional who is comfortable working in an international environment and able to translate marketing strategy into practical campaigns and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across global markets (web, social media, email, online advertising).
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including website performance, content updates, and SEO/SEM activities.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with international distributors and partners.
  • Support global product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and external marketing agencies.
  • Contribute to the development of brand positioning and global marketing strategy.
  • Manage marketing content creation including product materials, presentations, and online content.
  • Monitor market trends and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in an international or global marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, CMS systems).
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English is a must (daily communication with international partners).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
