Are you passionate about e-commerce, data analysis, and creating impactful online experiences? Join our DTC team and help shape the digital presence of a global company with a strong portfolio of small domestic appliances and cookware.

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who takes ownership of results and proactively requests the resources needed to achieve them.

What you’ll do:

• Work hands-on with e-commerce platforms, prioritizing tools and activities based on impact on sales.
• Manage and optimize landing pages – both technically and content-wise.
• Analyze UX and sales data to evaluate changes and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and execute technical SEO actions to improve website performance and functionality.
• Create, manage, and structure the product portfolio in the CMS (descriptions, parameters, filters, categories).
• Build and optimize product categories to improve navigation and conversion.
• Conduct A/B tests (e.g. product cards) and evaluate results.
• Support and recommend strategies for promotional campaigns.
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and increase efficiency.

What you’ll need:

• Experience with content management systems (Magento preferred).
• Practical experience filling and managing content across an e-commerce platform.
• Experience planning and maintaining a content inventory.
• Copywriting & localization know-how, including:
  - understanding AI content creation benefits and limits
  - keyword research for CZ, SK, HU (Google Ads, GSC, Marketing Miner)
  - ability to define processes, gaps, and actionable steps
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets (CSV/XLS).
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, SEMrush, Semji/Semstorm.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to multitask, self-learn, and solve technical challenges.
• Training skills – ability to train colleagues or interns and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak and English.
