If you’re excited about developing impactful learning programs, coordinating international training initiatives, and working with modern digital learning tools, this role is for you. We’re searching for a proactive and structured professional who will help elevate training and knowledge-sharing across the Eastern Europe (EE) region, while supporting local training activities in the Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation and accessibility
Upload, update, and structure training materials for the EE region
Build and maintain a centralized regional knowledge database
Design regional learning paths and adapt global training content to local needs
Train local trainers and support them with high-quality regional training programs
Develop and implement communication plans (e.g., newsletters, training campaigns)
Monitor training quality, usage, and KPIs in cooperation with HQ
Collaborate with global teams to align regional training with global strategy
Local Responsibilities (Czech Republic)
Act as a Product Expert for local product, technical, and sales-related trainings
Deliver trainings for employees, dealers, and key customers
Cooperate with Sales and Customer Success teams on training delivery
Prepare and adapt local training materials based on product and market developments
What We Expect
Interest in training and education, or working with people
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to manage and maintain training content and knowledge databases
Basic data analysis skills (KPIs, LMS metrics)
Clear, structured communication across different teams and cultures
Organizational skills and high attention to detail
Experience with LMS platforms or digital learning tools is plus, not a requirement
Proactive mindset, independence, and willingness to improve training processes
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel regionally
