We are looking for a senior Product Manager who will lead strategic product initiatives and oversee complex product domains across the Eurowag Group. Your main responsibility will be shaping and driving the long‑term vision for balance management, ensuring that customers can reliably control, understand, and optimize their balances across all services.
What You'll Do:
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy and ensure alignment with Eurowag’s strategic goals
- Own large-scale product initiatives, managing product roadmaps and ensuring delivery across multiple teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans
- Lead discovery and validation processes through customer interviews, user research, and data analysis
- Manage go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
- Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics to measure product performance and guide future iterations
- Mentor and support Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, fostering best practices and ensuring consistency in product processes
- Lead cross-functional alignment workshops, product demos, and executive briefings
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven track record of managing complex digital products and large-scale initiatives
- Experience working in agile environments, across multiple cross-functional teams
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, discovery practices, and lean product development
- Experience leading go-to-market efforts and product launches
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Understanding UX/UI best practices and customer journey mapping
- Business acumen with an understanding of pricing models and product monetization strategies
