We’re looking for a hands-on Real Estate Transactions & Fund Manager to drive acquisitions, disposals and asset management for commercial funds across the Czech Republic and Central Europe. You will lead transactions end-to-end, build and implement asset-level and portfolio strategies, coordinate local partners and advisors, and manage lender relationships to maximise asset value and deliver fund objectives.

Core responsibilities

• source & execute acquisitions/disposals;
• run due diligence and prepare investment memos;
• set and deliver asset business plans; coordinate local Asset Advisors/Property Managers;
• drive leasing, valuations, CAPEX/OPEX and portfolio reporting;
• manage lender relationships and ensure governance/compliance.

Key requirements

• university degree (economics/finance/real estate/related);
• 3+ years in commercial real estate transactions & asset management, deep Czech/Central Europe market knowledge;
• excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
• proactive commercial mindset, strong networking skills and results orientation;
• native Czech + business‑fluent English, French/German an advantage;
• advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
