We are looking for new members to join our engineering team to support the development of future products for long-term organizational goals.

Your challenges:

• Maintain, improve and expand products with a focus on local production lines in close cooperation with the product care team
• Ensure the transfer of know-how and the development of products and processes
• Lead and implement projects, participate in the expansion of the product portfolio
• Design electromechanical components and participate in their industrialization
• Provide partial project management with a focus on deadlines, budget, specifications and production costs
• Apply state-of-the-art engineering tools (simulation, CAD, PLM, etc.)
• Perform testing and qualification of prototypes and first series according to applicable standards

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
• Product Design Expertise
• Product Development Experience
• Proven project management skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical and methodological skills
• English language spoken and written at a good level
