The Country Sales Leader – Czech Republic & Slovakia will drive growth and deliver outstanding sales performance of Resideo products across both markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management, overseeing local teams, developing and executing growth strategies, managing key customer relationships, and upholding Resideo’s highest ethical and operational standards.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining existing business, expanding market presence, and acquiring new customers across wholesale, retail, and OEM channels. This is a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes at a national level while shaping the future of Resideo’s presence in the region.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in technical product sales into distribution, ideally in HVAC or a closely related field. While previous sales leadership experience is advantageous, we are equally interested in exceptional candidates with strong leadership potential who are ready to step into a national leadership role.

 

JOB DUTIES:

· Own accountability for achieving sales targets, profitability, and market share growth in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

· Develop and execute country-level sales plans aligned with regional and global objectives

· Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities

· Lead, motivate, and develop country sales teams, setting objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development

· Build and implement strategic plans to grow the business across wholesale, retail, and OEM channels

· Identify new business opportunities and expand Resideo’s presence within assigned markets

· Collaborate with marketing on promotional and trade activities that drive growth.

· Maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retail partners, and OEM customers

· Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, high service levels, and effective issue resolution

· Lead negotiations, manage commercial agreements, and oversee major customer projects

· Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports

· Communicate market intelligence, opportunities, risks, and business needs to regional leadership

· Uphold Resideo’s highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with policies, processes, and legal requirements

· Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and responsible business conduct

· Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans

· Align local market needs with regional and global strategies

YOU MUST HAVE:

· Strong understanding of distribution (wholesale), retail, and OEM sales channels

· Proven track record in technical product sales to wholesale channels

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational execution ability

· Fluency in Czech and English
