We are looking for a General Ledger Team Lead to join our growing global Shared Service Centre, established two and a half years ago.

This is a newly created role designed to strengthen our leadership team of 5 Team Leaders. You’ll lead a team of 6 finance professionals while working collaboratively across the organization to elevate our finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop your team of 6 accountants, fostering their growth and success
• Lead end-to-end process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
• Champion automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Drive continuous process improvements across finance operations
• Collaborate with our international team and other Team Leaders to deliver results
• Shape the future direction of our finance function

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in R2R GL accounting or other senior finance function, ideally in an international environment
• Leadership experience with track record of managing a team for at least 1 year and ability to effectively direct and prioritize work for others
• Strong English language skills
• Working knowledge of core finance systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks, and functionality
• Proactive approach
• Accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA or global equivalent) would be a big advantage

We work in a hybrid model, with two days per week expected on-site at our office in the Vlněna office complex.
