Finshape is a company that helps banks and fintechs build modern digital financial services.
We’re looking for a colleague who will help turn promising leads into real sales opportunities and support our Sales Executives in building a strong pipeline.
If you enjoy starting conversations with potential clients, uncovering real business needs, and working closely with experienced enterprise sales leaders, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Qualify incoming leads and identify promising sales opportunities
- Reach out to key stakeholders (e.g. CIO, Head of Digital, COO) via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Initiate discovery conversations to understand client challenges and priorities
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Sales Executives
- Re-engage dormant leads and revive stalled opportunities
- Support account expansion initiatives within target accounts
- Assist Sales Executives with early-stage deal qualification and preparation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share feedback to improve lead quality
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Support
- Experience in B2B enterprise software, fintech, or banking (strong advantage)
- Confidence engaging with both business and IT stakeholders
- Strong discovery, qualification, and communication skills
- A structured, organized approach to work
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: German or French
