About Motagon
Motagon is a Czech company focused on medical cannabis. We have been operating for
several years, with established products, know-how, and existing commercial activities.
We are a small, entrepreneurial team building a modern medical cannabis business, looking
for someone who is comfortable with responsibility, autonomy, and shaping things from the
ground up.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, autonomous role combining:
- Acquisition of doctors prescribing medical cannabis, with focus on teleprescription / telemedicine
- Management and coordination of external medical sales representatives
- Development of B2B relationships with clinics, hospitals, and hospital pharmacies
- Identification and outreach to physicians open to prescribing medical cannabis
- Building long-term relationships with key doctors and clinics
- Participation in medical conferences and professional events
- Planning and execution of educational and outreach initiatives
- Monitoring performance and improving sales effectiveness and targeting
- Development of strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions
- Working independently in a startup environment and contributing to business growth and strategy
