Due to the dynamic growth we are looking for a person who will join our company as a Regional Sales Engineer for West Bohemian Region.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for new business development opportunities through active use of social media, networking and other sources.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and visiting which were generated through MarCom, customer service, inside sales or others
- Identify new sales or substantial growth opportunities (i.e., Oil, Gas and Chemical, Clean Energy, Semi, Local Construction, Local Market etc.), and earn customer specifications or contracts for current and future projects.
- As projects develop, coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure ongoing success of projects and relationship
- Assist with filling the sales funnel through lead discovery and large opportunity development Position Swagelok as the customer’s preferred supplier leading to profitable revenue growth
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship with new and existing accounts by understanding customer needs and providing excellent service.
- Increase penetration of the most valuable accounts
- Promote Swagelok capabilities to expand total offering to customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Identify individual roles on customer side with focus on decision makers, influencers, and coaches
- Gather, analyze, and share knowledge of products, market conditions, competitors, and customers to emphasize our unique selling proposition in customer meetings pointedly
- Convert customers from competitors by giving comprehensive reasons to choose business solutions over competitors’
- Create specific plans (account plans, bluesheets, etc.) of action tailored to himself/herself and his/her sales responsibility including time sensitive actions, activities, and plans.
- Complete administrative duties and report sales activities in CRM and via other media as required
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve targeted revenue growth, and targeted sales of strategic products, services, and solutions
- Develop and maintain application knowledge, relationship building and professional business development and sales techniques. Develop a go-to-market-strategy for innovative and new products and solutions
Requirements:
- High level of understanding of mechanical engineering topics and products
- Experience in selling solutions, services and products in companies with a similar business profile
- Experience from Energy segment, especially Nuclear, is an advantage
- Ability to establish lasting business relationships based on mutual trust and respect
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to quality

- Ability to work both individually and in a team
- Self-discipline in setting and implementing your own work schedule and activities
- Great attention to detail and high self-organization
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software in relation to the business model
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written - minimum level B2
