What will you do?
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Assist customers with service-related questions and account issues
- Help resolve basic technical or user-related problems
- Inform customers about new features and promotional offers
- Work with internal systems and collaborate with your team
- ???? All calls are inbound – no cold calling or sales.
What we are looking for:
- Native Bulgarian speaker
- English at a communicative level (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A customer-oriented mindset and team spirit
???? This position is suitable for candidates without previous customer service experience.
Working hours
Shift-based schedule depending on the supported market:
Morning shift: 09:00 – 17:45
Afternoon shift: 13:15 – 22:00
