????STARLUX Airlines is a new, full-service airline from Taiwan with big ambitions to expand globally. We are currently looking for a HR & Office Admin to join us on this exciting journey.

☆ It’s what you will make an impact…

  1. Employee Life-cycle and Payroll Administration - Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, orientation, and departure procedures. Assist with collecting and organizing documents for payroll processing, ensuring information is complete and accurate.

  2. HR Benefits Assistance & Expense Tracking - Assist in coordinating employee benefits programs and maintaining related records. Support routine expense tracking and help monitor budget usage according to company policies.

  3. Financial Administration support - Handle basic financial administrative tasks, including preparing payment requests and maintaining financial documentation. Assist with bookkeeping preparations, monthly/annual closing files, and coordinate with the external accounting firm for required documents and tax submissions.

  4. Office Administration & Facility Support - Manage daily office administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, organizing inventory and assisting with procurement. During the office setup stage, help coordinate with contractors, follow up on renovation progress, and support furniture and equipment arrangements.

  5. Assist with office management, HR & administration duties as assigned.

☆ It’s essential that you

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  2. Possess the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.

☆ It’s a plus if you

  1. Basic understanding of Czech Republic labor laws and local tax regulations.
  2. Knowledge in accounting processes, principles, and financial reporting.
  3. Valid Driving license is a plus.

  1. Language - Good command of Czech and proficient in English.
  2. Education - High school diploma or above.
  3. Work experience - Whether you're a fresh graduate eager to start a career in HR or have at least 2 years' experience in human resources, finance or accounting related fields, we'd love to hear from you!
