HR Manager / HR Business Partner

CFO Function & HR | CZ/SK + UK

We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager / HRBP to partner with our CFO function and HR leadership, while also owning the UK HR agenda. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complexity, influence, and real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic partner to CFO and HR leaders
• Align HR strategy with business needs (FTE planning, org design)
• Challenge and support the HR function to uphold our own standards
• Lead UK HR operations & advise on UK labour law and ER matters
• Drive change, transformation, and adoption of HR tools & processes
• Oversee performance, succession planning, and leadership development
• Deliver data-driven insights, ensure compliance, streamline processes

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in HR (HRBP / generalist preferred)
• Experience with transformation & change initiatives
• Strong knowledge of UK labour law
• Fluent English, Czech/Slovak
• Strong stakeholder management & ability to challenge senior leaders
• High ownership, resilience, and a coaching mindset
