We are seeking a Production Director for a full-time, on-site role located in Hronov, Czechia.

About the job:

This role involves overseeing all aspects of production planning and manufacturing processes, driving quality management, and aligning production operations with strategic business objectives. The Production Director is also responsible for optimizing workflows, managing teams, and ensuring efficient production methods to maintain high-quality output while achieving organizational goals.

Expected Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Quality Management and Manufacturing processes
• Experience in Strategic Planning and the ability to align operations with business objectives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Czech and English is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Proven track record in a senior production or manufacturing leadership role
