For our production facility in Kadaň, Czech Republic we are looking for a

Site Manager Finance & Administration (m/f/d)
 

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for Site related Finance, Controlling, Administration & IT matters
• Coordination and interface management with external accounting and payroll service providers
• Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Financial performance analysis, variance analysis, and cost controlling
• Support of investment decisions, business cases, and profitability analyses
• Close cooperation with Group Finance and Group HR, adherence to German group standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls and audits
• Lead, develop, and support the Finance & Administration team
• Oversee HR administration, local recruitment, local guidelines, contract management,
• and site-related compliance matters
• Oversee local IT operations, infrastructure, and system availability

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in Finance / Controlling / Administration,
• in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of FP&A, cost controlling, and financial reporting
• Experience in working with outsourced accounting
• Knowledge of Czech labor law is an advantage
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage
• Hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, and a pragmatic leadership style
• Ability to work independently and act as a trusted business partner to management
