We are looking for an experienced Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist who can build and manage a high-volume email sending infrastructure from scratch.

The role focuses on designing email sending infrastructure, warming up domains/IPs, and ensuring stable deliverability for large-scale email operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build email sending infrastructure (SMTP) from scratch
• Set up and manage sending servers, domains, and IP pools
• Develop and execute domain/IP warm-up strategies
• Manage high sending volumes (~20M emails/month)
• Resolve deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
• Test and optimize different SMTP configurations and setups
• Run infrastructure experiments (e.g., split traffic between infrastructures)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Email/CRM marketing as Deliverability Specialist or Email Infrastracture Specialist.
• Proven experience with high volume of email sends per month and ability to scale further.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design for high-scale email sending: ESPs (SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.), IP warm-up, domain pools, DNS, feedback loops.
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability: DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warm-up, bounce/error handling, inbox testing, blacklist monitoring.
• Proficiency with tools like SendGrid, AWS SES, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar.
• Strong skills in segmentation, automation, and performance-driven campaign design.
• Ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• English at B2+ level for internal communication.
