Your Role:

Digital Marketing: increase website visibility (SEO), run digital campaigns, leverage mobile marketing, analyze and optimize marketing activities

Content Creation: produce banners, videos, social media posts, and other digital content; collaborate with teams from idea to execution

Brand Development: ensure brand standards are followed, build internal brand awareness, and collaborate across teams

Database Management: maintain CRM as the main source of customer data, track campaign performance, and suggest improvements

Partner Collaboration: coordinate marketing activities with distributors, dealers, and suppliers

Other Tasks: support video production, maintain safety and quality standards, and perform additional duties as required

 
What We Expect:
Degree in Marketing / Design / Digital Media or equivalent demonstrated experience
Experience in digital marketing, social media, and website management, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of HubSpot – campaign creation, automation, workflows
Web content and landing page creation (mobile-first)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office + Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent in Czech and English
Willingness to travel occasionally nationally and internationally
