The Customer Service Master Data Specialist is accountable for creating and maintaining Master Data essential to business processes that directly impact the customer experience. This role focuses on the administrative components of customer experience and account management, including customer account creation and maintenance, output setup, contact creation and updates, pricing and discount maintenance, rebate management, and other related activities.
Key systems and processes include, but are not limited to, SAP and the CRM platform. The position collaborates closely with daily Customer Service users and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data creation and maintenance, consistently meeting expected service and quality standards.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer master data in SAP, including creating and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accuracy, validity, and compliance. Responsibilities also cover maintaining customer contacts, processing OLS access requests, and managing pricing, discount, and rebate information.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency when processing master data requests, following established standards and procedures.
- Proactively suggest process improvements and enhancements that support a better customer experience.
- Support ad hoc mass‑creation or mass‑change activities related to new product or project launches, business process updates, or other initiatives. Execute mass data changes/creations in alignment with master data procedures.
- Identify data quality issues and take initiative to resolve data cleansing opportunities.
- Participate in testing and development of new tools, systems, and reports aimed at improving data quality.
- Monitor, identify, and escalate trends or recurring issues related to data requests or data integrity.

Job Requirements:
- Min. 1-2 years of ERP Master Data creation with a focus on Customer Master Data
- Advanced in SAP and Excel, knowledge of Tableau an advantage
- Language knowledge: excellent English
- High customer orientation
- Stress resistance, strong structure, proactiveness and goal orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer focused with an emphasis on clear communication
- Adapt easily to changing environments and system enhancements
