We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and help keep our end-to-end supply chain running seamlessly, reliably, and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — coordinating outsourced 3PL warehouse partners, transport providers, and purchase order flows across multiple international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take the lead in daily operations with our outsourced 3PL warehouse, ensuring everything runs accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• Partner with transport companies to secure reliable deliveries and proactively solve any logistics challenges.

• Own the purchase order process from creation to delivery — including supplier communication, lead-time tracking, and stock-level planning.

• Monitor inventory across markets to ensure optimal availability and avoid bottlenecks.

• Spot inefficiencies and drive improvements to make our supply chain stronger, faster, and smarter.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams — customer service, sales, finance — to keep operations smooth and seamless.

• Maintain accurate reports and documentation to keep everything transparent and organized.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.

• Deep understanding of 3PL operations, transport coordination, and purchase order workflows.

• Excellent English communication skills — this is your daily working language.

• Fluency in Czech or a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

• Experience with ERP systems or logistics platforms is a plus.
