We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Lead to support the governance of External Workforce Management and AI-enabled HR solutions within a global organization.

This role will act as the primary legal advisor for external workforce topics, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, supporting procurement and contracting frameworks, and guiding the legal aspects of AI implementation in HR processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main legal advisor on external workforce governance, including worker classification, co-employment risk, and country-specific labor regulations
  • Provide legal support for supplier agreements, contracting frameworks, and procurement processes related to external workforce providers
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws and support policy development for workforce governance
  • Provide legal oversight on AI-enabled HR tools, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR, transparency and non-discrimination
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR (P&O), Procurement, IT, Finance and senior business stakeholders
  • Support risk management, audits, and compliance initiatives across global operations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law (specialization in Labor / Employment Law preferred)
  • 7+ years of legal experience in employment law, labor regulations, or workforce governance
  • Experience with procurement-related contracting and commercial negotiations
  • Understanding of global labor regulations and workforce classification risks
  • Experience or strong interest in AI and digital technologies in HR is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex legal topics into practical guidance
