Role description
We are seeking a Fieldwork and Office Manager to join our friendly team in Brno. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our temporary employees (both in the office and in the field), as well as respondents and suppliers.
A positive attitude, strong energy, and a passion for working with people are essential. The successful candidate will be open-minded, solution-oriented, and skilled at building strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
The Fieldwork and Office Manager is responsible for driving team performance to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality market data collected during interviews.
You will work closely with other departments across Kynetec, as well as external suppliers involved in project delivery, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Your key responsibilities will be as a part of the team:
- Preparation and coordination of fieldwork operations and support in coordination of temporary employees in the office
- Management of temporary employees’ team - recruitment, support in training of temporary employees in the office and interviewers in the field, proper communication, and motivation of the team to ensure high-quality performance
- Management of variable costs of projects, including budgeting, control and evaluation upon completion of projects.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of respondents (farmers)
- Relationship management of respondents, including supervision of “Bonus program” (loyalty program for farmers)
- Administrative support of the office in Brno, purchase and management of office supplies
- Support of company’s financial processes, e.g. management of invoices from local suppliers (registration in system), cooperation with finance team etc
Education, Work Experience and Attitude Required:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in social sciences/management
- Min 1 year experience in managing or coordinating a team (even a small one)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and stress resistant
- Strong organizational skills

Skills Required:
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Excellent command in written and spoken Czech (communication with Czech and Slovak speaking partners is a part of this role)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good management/team coordination skills
- Good in MS Office (most importantly Excel)
- Experience in market research data collection is an advantage
Working conditions:
- Expected start: Immediate (April 2026)
- Full time (40-hour/week)
- Office role (with possibility of occasional home-office upon agreement)
