PrJSC Vetropack Gostomel Glass Factory produces, sells and distributes glass packaging in Ukraine. Our office and production are situated in Gostomel, Kyiv region with more than 370 employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education (technical / economic)
Experience in the sales department (from 3 years, mainly B2B), experience in successful negotiations
Experience in a manufacturing company (packaging business) will be an advantage
Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation
High level of analytical skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Effective communication: high level of proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian, high-quality information and feedback
High level of self-organization and project management
Knowledge of programs: MS Office (Excel, Power Point), 1C, SAP (preferably)
Advance level of English (C1) (preferably)
Driver's license. Experience of active driving of 5-7 years is obligatory
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Organization of sales: finding and concluding contracts with new customers, working with current customers, conducting commercial negotiations with customers
Expansion of the market with Vetropack products
Sales plan performance on monthly basis
Negotiating with existing and potential customers
Establish business relationships with customers and develop them
Lead / make quick response to market trends and competitors efforts based on the monitoring of the situation in product groups
Together with Production division - Create new products to fit the market and Customer’s demand
Concluding and maintaining agreements with customers & support necessary paperwork
Control of timely payment for shipped products
Participate in exhibitions within this production area
Work properly in Vetropack’s CRM system and corporate ERP systems
Take active part in other Vetropack’s departments interconnection to support sales plan and activities execution
Possession of information about the actions of competitors
Reporting in accordnce to company’s requests
