The FTMO Marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our Product and Marketing departments. If you are a data-driven strategist who enjoys mapping the customer journey and owning the end-to-end marketing success of specific products, you will thrive here.
What can you expect?
Partner with Product Managers to align product roadmaps with market needs and customer feedback.
Own the Marketing Strategy for assigned products, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Optimize the Customer Journey, identifying friction points and implementing data-backed solutions to improve conversion and retention.
Deep-dive into Data to monitor product performance, user behavior and the market landscape
Translate complex trading features into clear, value-based benefits that resonate with our global community.
What do we expect from you?
Product Expertise: The ability to quickly grasp technical specifications and a commitment to becoming a subject matter expert on the CFD product lines under your ownership.
Unwavering Focus: You have a proven ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and maintain focus on long-term product goals amidst a dynamic environment.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data; an analytical background is a plus
Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for the “why” and “how” of a product’s market presence.
Communication Skills: Excellent command of Czech and English to collaborate across diverse internal teams.
Interest in Trading: While previous experience in trading isn’t required, a genuine curiosity to learn the mechanics of the industry is essential.
Customer-Centric Focus: The ability to view every feature through the lens of user value.
