We're looking for a visionary Head of Marketing who will build ACEMA into a recognizable brand, double our market position, and turn our ambitions into measurable business results.

What you'll be doing:

• ROI & Growth — Own marketing P&L, CAC/LTV optimization and drive measurable growth
• Team & Leadership — Lead 5-person internal team, coordinate external agencies, build high-performance culture
• Brand Strategy — Define positioning as #1 alternative to banks, create comprehensive communication strategy
• Performance Marketing — Drive digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, social) with focus on conversion optimization
• Product Marketing — Collaborate with product team on user onboarding and feature launches
• PR & Partnerships — Coordinate media relations and strategic partnerships for brand credibility

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years marketing experience, including 2+ years as marketing leader
• Proven track record in fintech/banking/e-commerce with measurable results
• Team management skills - experience hiring, developing, and motivating teams
• Performance marketing expertise - PPC, SEO, conversion optimization, growth hacking
• Strategic thinking + hands-on execution - from big picture to campaign details
• Native/fluent English for international partnerships and Bondster communication
• Budget management experience with €400K+ annual budgets
