Junior HR Manager.

Are you passionate about people and looking to grow your career in a world-class retail environment? We are looking for a dynamic and organized Junior HR Manager to join our CEE team.

In this role, you will be the right hand to our Head of HR CEE, ensuring that our people processes run like clockwork.

What will you do?The core of this position is providing top-notch HR support across our region. Your main focus will be:

• Payroll Excellence: You’ll be the bridge between us and our external payroll provider. You will prepare and deliver all monthly data (new starters, leavers, timesheets, bonuses, absences, and sick leaves) to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time.
• Talent Acquisition: Posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. You’ll be the first point of contact for our future stars!
• Employee Lifecycle: Collecting all necessary onboarding documents and managing employee data with care.
• Finance Support: Managing HR-related invoices, ensuring they are correctly allocated to cost centers and approved according to our procedures.
• Team Support: Acting as a key contact for Czech suppliers and collaborating with all departments to keep the office running smoothly.

Who are we looking for?

• An open mind & friendly vibe: You are the face of HR, so a positive attitude is a must.
• A "Can-Do" attitude: You aren’t afraid to step outside your job description to help the team when needed.
• Experience: At least 2 year of experience in HR or office administration.
• Communication skills: You are comfortable speaking and writing in English.
• Tech-savviness: You know your way around Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Proximity to Business: You understand the needs of a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping others.
