Account Executive

Main Mission:

Support the sales and client service team in executing orders, managing project administration, and basic client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter quotations, purchase orders, and forecasts into the ERP system.
  • Handle schedule or deadline change requests based on customer demands.
  • Communicate with clients regarding daily operations (emails, status updates, brief checking).

Core Leadership Competencies:

  • Record, control, and distribute Request for Quote (RfQ) documentation.
  • Submit proposals for production capacity review (change management process).
  • Communicate with the planning department.
  • Handle customer questions internally and provide responses.
  • Receive RfQs for new or modified products.
  • Issue RMA numbers.
  • Monitor repair cost estimation process.
  • Generate quotations.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and independently.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • English proficiency (minimum B2 – reading and writing emails).
