At Howden Re CEE & CIS, we are expanding our Prague team and seeking a skilled Reinsurance Broker with at least 4 years of experience in the reinsurance market. If you enjoy client-facing work, negotiating placements, and shaping tailored reinsurance solutions, this role is for you.
???? What You Will Do
???? Manage and develop a portfolio of reinsurance clients
???? Structure, negotiate, and place reinsurance programs
???? Work with domestic & international (re)insurers
???? Provide market insights and strategic recommendations
???? Support business development and help identify new opportunities
???? Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
???? What We Expect
✔️ Minimum 4 years of experience in treaty reinsurance (broking, underwriting)
✔️Driven and accountable colleague who takes pride in her/his work; we encourage growth!
✔️ Solid technical understanding of reinsurance structures
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to lead placements independently
✔️ English fluency (other language is a plus)
✔️ Based in or willing to relocate or commute to Prague
