Become a key player at Eden and drive the direction of our products! We’re seeking a Project Manager. 

Reporting to the Account Manager, this is a key position with the overall objective for delivering operational and service excellence to the client.

Responsible and accountable for developing and executing all aspects of the project from start to finish in a co-ordinated manner to ensure Eden maintains margin expectations, manages customer requirements, leads and develops fitting teams to ensure Best in Class service is delivered and maintained.

This role will require you to be the ambassador for Eden and you will need to develop relationships across all touch points including problem solving with solutions that protect our margin and service performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with Account Manager to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives - delivery on-time, within scope and within budget

• Create and maintain/updated store layout breakdowns, ensuring all changes and revisions are captured and updated in a timely manner

• Manage the project and demand through ERP system, ensuring the system is regularly updated should changes occur ensuring the operational team are kept updated at every stage

• Project invoicing at the end of each project to be actioned in current month in line with business targets

• Co-ordinate internal resources and installation teams

• Manage, maintain and update all project documents in the customer shared folder highlighting change and revision control

• Ensure resource availability and allocation, with technical feasibility of projects is understood and shared

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs

• Ensure the account forecast is updated and track key account metrics throughout the duration of the project

• Liaise between the customer and internal teams to track progress and delivery timelines in conjunction with project execution plan

• Actively participating in site scoping meetings with client across their entire estate (UK, IRE, & EU)

• On site presence throughout the duration of the project and to be initiative-taking in identifying any potential problems or issues which can be highlighted on site and implement counter measures

Key skills & experience

• Driven, energetic and professionally ambitious

• Results driven with a strong sense of urgency

• Proven track record and experience in project management in fast paced retail environment (minimum 5 years)

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time whilst paying strict attention to detail

• Commercial knowledge and understanding of all profit drivers of a project

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)

• Working knowledge of drawings/blueprints

• Experience of working in MRP/ERP systems

• Ability to generate precise store layout breakdowns

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Ability to prioritise among completing tasks

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills

• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Self-starting, independent, self-sufficient
