What you’ll do
As an AI Onboarding Specialist, you will guide customers through the setup, configuration, and go-live of Daktela AI solutions (mostly bots). You’ll work closely with customers to understand their use cases, design the right AI-powered solution, and ensure it is correctly implemented within the Daktela platform. Because good AI onboarding is critical for long-term adoption and success, your main goal is to help customers reach measurable value from AI products as quickly as possible.
You will
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Daktela AI products, including technical setup and configuration.
Consult with customers, understand their needs, and propose the right solution design.
Manage and implement the onboarding process from the initial call to a successful go-live.
Design and build AI chatbots and voicebots in our internal builder.
Support customers during the hypercare phase to ensure a smooth transition and quick value.
Take ownership of correct implementation delivery and on-time completion.
Work hands-on with a technical AI builder - this is not a purely consulting role (Curious how it works? See docs.coworkers.ai/kb)
Your experience and skills
High motivation to learn new technologies and AI-driven solutions.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills, efficiency, and a performance-oriented approach.
Experience in customer communication and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
Experience with workflow automation (chatbots, RPA, Make, etc.) is a significant advantage.
IT background, API and integration experience are an advantage.
Communicative level of English.
Czech or Slovak at C2 level.

You will act as a trusted AI consultant for customers, helping them analyse their situation and identify the best opportunities for AI-driven automation (voicebots, chatbots and emailbots).
You will design, build, test, and fine-tune AI automations (voicebots, chatbots, and emailbots) that solve real customer problems.
You will own the implementation end to end - from the first workshop and solution design to go-live and the hypercare phase.
You will directly influence customers’ time-to-value by ensuring fast adoption and measurable benefits from Daktela AI.
