We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Process Engineer, who will be accountable for the overall end to end management and delivery of projects across EMEA zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end to end management and delivery of projects across EMEA zone;
- Develop the Project Business Case including detailed analysis, identification of stakeholders and alignment of the project plan with all functions
- Lead the end to end delivery of projects supporting local teams (both sending entity and receiving entity)
- Develop steering meetings with project and leadership teams to clarify status and escalate when necessary
- Responsible for management of the project timeline, critical path, risks and mitigation
- Support of trials and partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, IT and Logistics requirements
- Simulate scenarios using network design tools for optimised options
- Partner with Finance teams on project savings, investments, costs and track actuals versus plan/budget
- Support on-site implementation and lead hyper-care phase until the operation is stabilised
- Develop production plans for managing plans for managing stock, materials and equipment transfers including the dismantling and reinstalling of machinery
- Shape continuous improvement — simplifying processes, automating reporting, and championing a data-driven culture
- Hold teams accountable for timelines and critical actions
Education, Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years experience within a Project Manager role ideally in a Supply Chain or Operations field or an Operations Leader with project management skills
- Project Management certification; Prince 2 or similar
- Demonstrated experience in planning, execution and delivery of projects on-time and within budget
- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills; able to challenge and engage senior stakeholders constructively
- Experience managing and controlling budgets, resources, and funding, with solid financial acumen
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes and principles; inventory management, operations and logistics
- Knowledge of ERP/MES
- Cultural awareness and able to communicate effectively across groups of stakeholders
- Data analytical mind-set and the ability to work with various data sources and tools enabling evidence based decision making
- Excellent English language and Multi-lingual skills
- Also required: Ability to provide direct, practical involvement in execution
