We’re looking for a Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist with agency experience who can manage and scale high-budget campaigns across Google and Meta. You’ll take full ownership of performance, drive profitability, and continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks in terms of business impact, and can bring ideas while respecting established strategy and guidelines.

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist who:

• has agency experience (multiple clients, multiple campaigns)
• thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• knows how to scale campaigns and identify new opportunities
• wants to see the real impact of their work on profit
• you bring your own ideas, but also respect the defined strategy and company guidelines

What you will do

• Manage and scale campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Work with monthly budgets in the millions (CZK)
• Take full responsibility for performance and profitability
• Testing: creatives, landing pages, funnels
• Run systematic A/B testing
• Analyze data and optimize performance
• Collaborate with the creative team (briefing, testing direction)
• Prepare reports (KPIs, budgets, profitability)
• Own campaigns end-to-end (setup → scaling)

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Agency background (strongly preferred)
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
• Experience with high budgets
• Strong understanding of metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Independence and ownership of results
• Ability to follow company strategy and guidelines
• English level B2 or higher
