We are now looking for an energetic and independent KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our Sales team and help us take the category and our brands to the next level. If you have a knack for business and want to work for a global brand, join us

Your mission:

  • Translate overall commercial strategy into concrete plans for assigned key accounts.
  • Deliver on volume and profitability targets for your specific clients.
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with major international and national retail partners.
  • Act as a proactive driver of performance improvement across the sales team.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth — both in sales and brand performance.
  • Manage all sales activities of Bel brands/products within your assigned accounts.
  • Prepare, negotiate and implement annual plans and commercial conditions.
  • Coordinate activities across commercial, logistics and finance teams to maximize both short- and long‑term profitability.
  • Use external and customer data to drive category growth within each account.
  • Prepare regular reporting, forecasting and contribute to budgeting.
  • Prepare contractual documentation together with local management and the legal department.
  • Participate in forecasting, leaflet planning, competition tracking and sales activities.

Our expectations:

  • Preferred economics and marketing education (minimum high school)
  • Min 2 - 3 years experience as a key account manager preferrably in an international FMCG business
  • A team player who takes ownership and brings forward ideas and solutions.
  • A relationship builder with natural negotiation skills and a drive to make things happen.
  • English language min. B2
  • Proven knowledge, expertice and understanding about the retail market
  • Strong client orientation and approach
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
