We at OneArc are a well-established company specializing in the development of world-leading, game-based military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. Our mission is to advance the industry by leveraging the latest technologies and trends, including whole-world simulation, virtual reality, motion tracking, and AI.
We're looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our HR team in Prague. In this role, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development programs while also providing essential HR administrative support. You will collaborate closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and Global Head of HR Operations to foster a culture of continuous learning and to ensure smooth HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Learning & Development (Primary Focus)
- Framework Design: Collaborate with the HRBP and managers to design and implement Career Maps and Competency Frameworks across the organization.
- Trend Scouting: Actively research the latest L&D models, webinars, and trends to ensure our learning strategy remains cutting-edge.
- Internal Academy: Curate and manage content within our L&D internal system and other platforms; promote a culture of continuous learning.
- L&D Coordination: Plan and track all training activities, ensuring they align with company goals and individual development plans.
HR Operations & Administration
- Lifecycle Documentation: Manage the end-to-end admin process: from Hiring Approval Forms and Offer Letters to employment contracts and amendments.
- System Ownership: Act as the super-user for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless system transitions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the administrative side of the employee lifecycle, ensuring all technical and legal setups are completed before Day 1.
- Compliance: Monitor labor law specifics to ensure all documentation is up to date.
Objectives
- Propose, deliver, and maintain an organization-wide L&D framework
- Learning and development activities are delivered according to schedule and tracked effectively
- HR systems are kept up to date with accurate employee and training data
- Onboarding and offboarding processes are completed accurately and on time
- All employment documentation records are managed in a compliant and organized manner
- Administrative support contributes to the smooth running of HR operations
Skills
- Proven track record in HR Generalist roles with a strong desire to specialize in L&D
- Ability to look beyond daily tasks and help build long-term HR structures (career paths, frameworks).
- Advanced experience with HRIS and LMS
- Attention to details; absolute precision in preparing legal documents and contracts
- Curiosity and the ability to find and implement external best practices and L&D trends
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
