Microsoft Product and Licensing Specialist @ Forscope

We are looking for a Microsoft Product and Licensing Specialist to join our team in Brno!

As a Product Specialist at Forscope, you aren't just managing a product catalog – you are the bridge between complex software rules and real-world business success. Your mission is to empower our sales teams, educate the market, and ensure our customers across Europe get the best value from their IT setup.

What you’ll do

• Be the Expert: You’ll be the go-to person for Microsoft licensing and technical deployment. You'll keep an eye on market trends and help set pricing that wins.
• Create & Educate: You’ll support turning technical jargon into clear presentations, webinars, and guides. You’ll also train our internal teams and partners so they can sell with confidence.
• Support the Sale: You’ll join client calls to design the best solutions, find cost savings, and handle tricky licensing questions.
• Ensure Success: You’ll help customers with installation or activation issues and use their feedback to make our products and processes even better.

What we’re looking for:

The Must-Haves:

• Microsoft Product and Licensing Knowledge: You know your way around Microsoft’s rules (expertise in other big vendors like VMware or Autodesk is a huge plus).
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Licensing Specialist, IT Consultant, or Technical Account Manager).
• Analytical & Creative: You can make sense of sales data and also prepare great content that customers actually want to read and explore.
• Communication: Fluent English (B2) and the ability to explain complex things simply.

• You have a "can-do" attitude and enjoy solving problems.
• You’re a team player who likes collaborating with Marketing and Sales.

Extra points for:

Technical and product certifications (e.g., MS-900, CompTIA A+, or Google IT Support).
