About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Inside Sales Coordinator to
support our outdoor sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order
processing, efficient communication with customers, and day-to-day administrative
support.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with the
warehouse to ensure timely delivery
Support the outdoor sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely
manner
Monitor order status and proactively address any issues related to delivery or
documentation
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Assist with general office administration and documentation
Qualifications
Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
Native Czech speaker with strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
