About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Inside Sales Coordinator to
support our outdoor sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order
processing, efficient communication with customers, and day-to-day administrative
support.

Key Responsibilities
 Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with the
warehouse to ensure timely delivery
 Support the outdoor sales team with administrative and operational tasks
 Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely
manner
 Monitor order status and proactively address any issues related to delivery or
documentation
 Maintain and update sales and customer records
 Assist with general office administration and documentation

Qualifications
 Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
 Native Czech speaker with strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
